DRIVERS

A14 Management has a portfolio of young drivers who are starting to develop their sporting careers and wish to optimize their skills, on and off the track. These range from the physical or media aspect to the financial one.
There are many aspects to work on to have a successful career.

Maximilian Günther

Maximilian Günther has been competing in the ABB FIA Formula E since the 2018/2019 season, which has been an official FIA World Championship since 2020. It is the first fully electric FIA championship for formula vehicles, which mostly takes place on street circuits in spectacular locations like New York, Rome, Monaco and Berlin. Maximilian worked as a test and development driver for Jay Penske’s American team GEOX DRAGON from the beginning of 2018 and was significantly involved in the development of their Gen2 car.

In the same year, the 21-year-old German took part in the FIA Formula 2 Championship, where he won the prestigious race at the Grand Prix of Great Britain. In Season 5 of the ABB FIA Formula E championship, Maximilian Günther was the youngest regular driver in the history of the racing series at the age of 21 years. In Paris and Bern he finished in the top 5 after a strong pace and scored a total of 20 points in his rookie season. With this performance the German attracted attention and recommended himself for a BMW factory cockpit. In 2021, he clinched the first win on American soil for his team BMW i Andretti Motorsport at the New York City E-Prix. Maximilian Günther will contest the 2022/23 ABB FIA Formula E World Champion season with Nissan e.dams. The 24-year-old German will join the successful Japanese-French squad and drive a Nissan powered IM03.

Maximilian Günther began his motorsport career in various junior racing series. His greatest successes to date include the runner-up title in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship in 2016, the win at the historic Formula 3
Grand Prix de Pau 2017 and the win in the FIA Formula 2 at Silverstone in 2018. 2016 and 2017 saw Maximilian working as DTM test and reserve driver and Formula 1 simulator driver for Mercedes. Two times he was named Germany’s Motorsport Talent of the Year by the Deutsche Post Speed Academy and was also voted ADAC Junior Motorsportsman of the Year by a panel of experts in 2016.

Gabriel Bortoleto

Coming from a victorious career in Brazilian and European karting, when he peaked with third place in the 2019 World Championship, Gabriel Bortoleto reached his first season in formula cars in 2020 by the front door.

The 15-year-old, representing the Brazilian academy of KTF Sports, raced in the 2020 events of the Italian F4 Championship, the most competitive in the world, using the technical structure of the Prema Power Team.

In his debut season Gabriel showed all his talent having won a victory, a second and a third place in Mugello’s races and, on the mythical Monza track, accumulated another second and a third place after beautiful recovery races.

In the 2021 season, Bortoleto pointed his career to the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine – FRECA. Previously named European F-3 the competition became an almost mandatory step for drivers with pretensions to follow the path to the F-1, which means FIA F3 and FIA F2.

Thus, in his first year in the category, competing for the Fernando Alonso’s team, Bortoleto accumulated two podiums and a lot experience.

In 2022, the Brazilian races for the French team R-Ace GP, champion of the class in 2021. The debut happened in the end of this January when the driver participated on the Asian Formula Regional, former Asian F3, winning his debut race on the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. Still in the Middle East, in preparation for the European Championship, Bortoleto also competed in the Dubai race, accumulating another podium.

After an intense preseason with the new team, Bortoleto hopes, in 2022, to fight for the title of FRECA and, in this way, to proceed to the FIA F3 Championship, in 2023.

It was created in response to the lack of female drivers progressing to the highest levels of motorsport, particularly Formula 1. The series had the backing of several prominent members of the motorsport community, including former F1 driver David Coulthard and engineer Adrian Newey as shareholders.

In January 2022 Chloe was invited to try in a W Series test in Arizona.  She then participated in a second pre-season test in Barcelona in March. Chloe then went on to compete in the 2022 W Series season racing for Jenner Racing. In the first race of the Miami double-header, Chloe finished in 7th place and was the best-placed rookie across the line. However, she was to 14th after receiving a penalty for being out of position at the safety car line. In the second race, Chloe claimed her first W Series points finishing in 10th place and being the highest-placed rookie.

In 2023, Chloe competed in the Castrol Toyota Formula Regional Championship in New Zealand. She became the first woman to start on pole position and win a race in the 18-year history of the series. She competed well amongst a very experienced field of drivers.

Although unable to enter the championship from the start, Chloe has been competing in the Porsche Sprint Challenge North America series in a Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport as a Porsche Motorsport North America Junior Driver. She competed well with 7 wins and 9 podiums from 12 starts.

Coming from a successful 2023 development in the all-female W Series, where Chloe claimed the recognition of best rookie in the series, she was invited by the international F3 series to attend a familiarization test in an FIA F3 car at Magny Cours, France.
