Alexander Jacoby was born in Washington, D.C., in May 2009. At the age of four, he moved with his family to Singapore. During his time in Singapore, he attended his first motorsport event, the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix. The experience left a profound impact on him, igniting a passion for motorsports that would shape his future aspirations.
By 2019, Alexander embarked on his career as a kart driver. He received training from the 2013 Karting World Champion, Oliver Hodgson, and Italo Silveira of URACE in Orlando, Florida. Between 2020 and 2022, he served as an official factory driver for Compkart in the United States and raced with URACE in 2023.
In 2024, Alexander transitioned to Formula 4, competing in the Spanish Championship with the Valencia-based GRS team under the guidance of Marco Du Pau, a former German Champion in F3. His career is managed by A14 Management, owned by F1 World Champion Fernando Alonso, along with Albert Resclosa Coll and Alberto Fernández Albilares, two of the most esteemed motorsports managers globally.
Alexander aspires to continue racing in Formula 4 for another year before advancing to FRECA, Formula 3, Formula 2, and ultimately, Formula 1.
As a multinational citizen, Alexander holds German, Brazilian, and American passports. He is fluent in English and Portuguese and can converse proficiently in German, Spanish and Italian.
